Roles & responsibilities

As part of a new creative team at BSA, you will be at the cutting edge of ICE and EV motorcycle design and development, we are seeking a Junior Motorcycle Designer.

As a Junior Motorcycle Designer, you will be responsible for:

  • Receive and understand design briefs
  • Work closely with the design team to create, develop, and present motorcycle concepts that stay true to the brand’s vision
  • Perform design trend research and design exploration
  • CTG (Colour, Trim and Graphics) design and development
  • Must be able to work on details to create innovative design solutions for motorcycle components, as well as accessories
  • Participate in design reviews

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Arts degree in Design (Transport/Automotive Design preferred)
  • A strong portfolio of creative work

Experience

  • Entry level opportunity
  • Strong hand drawing / sketching skills
  • Excellent 2D rendering skills
  • Highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong brand awareness
  • Knowledge of Autodesk Alias would be an advantage
  • Experience, or knowledge of motorcycles preferred
